I have been with State Farm for over 30 years, this office seems to think that when they drop the ball they can try to gaslight their customer into thinking they never spoke. Lucky for me, unlucky for them I have documentation and my husband, daughter and leasing agent all heard my conversation. I am guessing they record their conversations, but instead they paint me to be lying and then act like I’m uncivilized. I don’t spend close to $10k a year to be treated like trash. I have never had a speeding ticket or been in an accident and we have been loyal State Farm customers. The good news is I have found several other companies that we will save thousands a year with. Initially I would have left zero stars if possible, but I feel that one star is earned for their assistance motivating me to source a new insurance company.

I've always had a pleasant experience with all the staff, Rachel Anikienko is my go to contact at their office and has always taken good care of me. Very nice, professional, and always gets to me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend office.
